What is it
A photography portfolio for my travels, events, and everyday life. Built because Adobe Lightroom's built-in web gallery gives me no control over ordering, styling, or how the photos are presented.
So I built my own — one that pulls directly from Lightroom's album and photo URLs and presents everything exactly the way I want it.
How it was built
Designed and generated with Claude Code. I described what I wanted — the layout, the navigation, the EXIF panel, the map — and the AI translated it into a working Astro site in a fraction of the time it would have taken to hand-code or configure an existing tool.
The source photos stay in Lightroom. The portfolio just consumes the public CDN URLs Adobe exposes, so there's no sync step and no duplication of assets.
